Initiative prospective agricole et rurale
Initiative prospective agricole et rurale (IPAR) began its activities in 2004, formally registering in 2008 as an independent, non-profit research organization. The Institute is committed to informing national public debate and promoting ongoing dialogue between policymakers, researchers, and users of research results in Senegal.
