The Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) is an independent non-profit organization promoting a better understanding of poverty-related development issues in Sri Lanka. CEPA aims to shape policy in Sri Lanka, as well as regionally and internationally, by providing analysis on the causes, characteristics, and impacts of poverty. CEPA’s research themes are urban poverty, child poverty, resettlement, infrastructure services, conflict, aid effectiveness, inequality and the multiple dimensions of poverty.
