Think tank

The Institute for World Economics (IWE), which is part of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, is an independent think tank that performs economic policy-oriented research. It particularly examines the underlying trends and factors behind global and regional economic developments and their present and future impact on the Hungarian economy.
