Think tank

IPS promotes contemporary public policy concepts and practices in Georgia and provides a forum for dialogue between representatives of different branches of the government, the civil sector, and the public. The vision behind IPS is the creation of a think tank to bring together available resources, international experience, and advanced technologies. IPS's aims are (1) studying and monitoring social and political processes and issues and initiating public debate on these issues; (2) developing policy recommendations and initiatives; and (3) promoting ideas concerning good governance, positive synergy, and democratic state-building.
