The Centre for Studies in International Relations from Rosario - CERIR is a non-profit institution dedicated to the field of research and teaching in International Relations. Founded in 1987, it is composed of a group of professors from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the National University of Rosario and researchers and scholars of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET).
